How many Stem Kits should I buy for my class group?

Many schools give one kit per young person and others let small groups work on a kit together. The kits are ideal for both individual and group settings. We would suggest for a beneficial learning experience no more than 3-4 young people work together on a kit at any one time and that they all take a turn on the instruction steps. We understand schools and youth organisations have to stick to a budget so if you are unsure or need advice on which kit and how many to buy just get in touch by filling up the form HERE and a member of staff will gladly come up with a proposal of options for you.

Can the kits be reused?

Yes, our Kits can be reused once they are dismantled, and all parts are stored in the resealable bags they come in. If you do lose a part or two just get in touch and we will gladly send you spare parts free of charge.

How Long does it take to create a Kit?

This all depends on the capabilities of your class and group, some young people are faster than others, but for the most of our projects for primary schools we suggest at least a 1-hour window. For secondary schools the projects are much harder so can take at least 1.5hrs. Many schools break the time up into slots which they run over several days.

Which Kits should I buy for my group or class?

This depends on the average age in your class or group. Are you looking to learn about a certain concept such as green or alternative energy, gears and motors, electrical circuits or are you looking for a mix of concepts?  If you are unsure which ones to choose that’s no problem, let a member of staff help you with some suggestions that would be best suited to you. Just fill up the form here or give us a call 066 7174050 and we will get back to you ASAP

Can I get a discount for large orders?

Although our kits are priced to be affordable to all schools of all budgets, we can offer schools a discount on large bulk orders. To find out more get in touch by emailing support@stemwizz.com or call 066 7174050
