All Aboard!
Create your own wooden train, firstly you must create the locomotive to pull the train by engineering a frame from an assortment of wooden parts, next create and attach the drive system by connecting the gears, motor, axels, wheels and battery box. Next create the train carriages by combining more wooden parts along with creating a chassis for each carriage by attaching the rods and wheels to the base of each carriage base.
This STEM project teaches young people about engineering concepts along with how a drive system operates in locomotive which is used to generate the necessary power to propel a train.
